This is the lowest power photomicrograph possible on my scope, namely 2.5 power. You can notice the finger like projections in the middle portion of the white space, or dilated (cystic) duct. These "fingers" are the growth pattern which gives the papilloma its name. Since the papilloma is usually small, its size doesn't call attention to itself. Instead, the papilloma oozes fluid and/or blood, and produces nipple discharge.
