This represents two halves of a fibroadenoma which is a nodular growth occurring typically in the breast of young women. What you see is a white nodule with small open spaces. If you look at the edge of this fibroadenoma, you will notice it is sharply demarcated. The yellow lobules at the edge is fat, a common component of breast tissue.
